"Ah those red-shot eyes!"

Urdu love poetry par excellence, enjoy.

amazing. ya khudaaya kahan chhupa rakha tha in ko. wah wah wah. they are truly wonderful and have obviously been trained in the classical tarz. so much potential. such a good selection of kalams sung by them. where do they live? which khaankah do they normally sing at? the young man at the extreme right must be older by now and i hope he is still singing. moalana saheb (lead) is also singing with abandon. muhtaram jo moalana saheb key daeen pe hein bohat achha gatey hein. gayeki aur sargam donon behtereen hein. yaar sab ko dil lagane ka dil chahta hai. dil khush kar diya bhai aap ney.

You are right Arif sahib!. In style they remind me a bit of of the Weranwale qawwal, who #1 for my taste.

I just came across them on the internet a few days ago.

BTW if anyone knows the final quartet, which was cut at the end, please post it in the comments.

bhai molvi akhtar hassan behranwale se ziyada mast malang shayad koi bhi na ho aaj ki duniyan mein. woh to kabhi apni aan ya nafs ka sochtey hi nahin. bilkul apne aap ko kho deyte uss ki duniyan mein aur kalam pardhtey chaley jaatey hein. shayad koi jawab nahin akhtar hassan saheb ka. koi saamney baitth ke sunein unhein. kaash ek din mein bhi un khushqismat logon mein hoon.
