A special night when a group of Montealers were introduced to the Kora and the particularly delightful playing of the instrument by Zal Idrissa Sissokho, our guest artist from Africa. The fusion of the Bansuri and Kora went down just perfectly with the tabla and the double bass. Magic was in the air and all in the audience had smiles on their faces as well as warm smiling hearts within.

Of course we owe a debt of gratitude to Catherine Potter and the Duniya Project. Alhamdulillah indeed for the music scene of Montreal. What a wonderful evening of music that was.
