Na maen momin vich maseet aan Na maen vich kufar diyan reet aan Na maen paak aan vich paleet aan Na maen moosa na pharaun. --
O Bullah, What do I know who I am?
I am not among the believers seen in Mosques Nor am I versed in traditions of unbelief I am not amongst the pious, nor among the sinful; I am neither Moses, nor am I a Pharoah. --
نہ میںاندر بید کتاباں،نہ وچ بھنگاں نہ شراباں نہ وچ رنداں مست خراباں، نہ وچ جاگن نہ وچ سون بلھا کی جاناں میںکون

Na maen andar ved kitaab aan, Na vich bhangaan na sharaab aan Na vich rindaan masat kharaab aan Na vich jaagan na vich saun. --
O Bullah, What do I know who I am?
I am not in the Vedas and holy books I am not amongst the bhang intoxicated nor the drunk I am not among the utterly immoral, nor the unrestrained I am neither among the awake, nor the sleeping --
نہ وچ شادی نہ غمناکی، نہ میںوچ پلیتیپاکی نہ میںآبی نہ میں خاکی، نہ میںآتش نہ میں پون بلھا کی جاناں میںکون
Bulleh! ki jaana maen kaun.
Na vich shaadi na ghamnaaki Na maen vich paleeti paaki Na maen aabi na maen khaki Na maen aatish na maen paun --
O Bullah, What do I know who I am?
I am neither influenced by joy nor sorrow I am not amongst the virtuous, nor among the wicked; I am neither of water nor of earth, I am neither of fire nor of air, --
نہ میںعربی نہ لاہوری، نہ میںہندی شہر نگوری نہ میں ہندو ترک پشوری، نہ میںرہندا وچ ندون بلھا کی جاناں میںکون
Na maen arabi na lahori Na maen hindi shehar nagauri Na hindu na turak peshawri Na maen rehnda vich nadaun -- I am not from Arabia, nor from Lahore I am not from India, nor from Nagore I am not a Hindu, nor a Muslim from Peshawar Nor do I live in the city of Nadaun --
نہ میںبھید مذہب دا پایا، نہ میںآدم حوا جایا نہ میںاپنا نام دھرایا، نہ وچ بیٹھن نہ وچ بھون بلھا کی جاناں میںکون

اول آخر آپ نوں جاناں، نہ کوئی دوجا ہور پچھاناں میتھوں ہور نہ کوئی سیانا، بلھا شاہ کھڑا ہےکون بلھا کی جاناں میںکون
